Pricing questions
How credits work
What is a credit?
A credit is what a creation costs. A poster uses one credit. Longer work, such as a carousel or a video, uses more.
What if a creation fails, or I stop it midway?
The credits come back to you. You pay for finished work, not for attempts.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly credits last two months, so whatever you do not use carries over for one more month. Credits you buy as a top-up last 12 months. Chitra always spends the credits that expire soonest first.
What is the "Made with Chitra AI" mark?
On the free plan, posts and videos carry a small mark in one corner. Starter and Pro creations never do. Logos, visiting cards, stationery and profile photos are always clean, on every plan, because they are your identity.
How do I pay?
Plans and top-ups are bought inside the Chitra app, through your phone's app store, using the payment method you already have there. You can cancel from your store account at any time.
